Providing the DEA with Data Analysis & Tactical Intelligence Support
ASRC Federal supports the DEA in analyzing raw data and intelligence to identify trafficking activities and organizations, to fill intelligence gaps, and provide tactical intelligence to law enforcement field operations.
Support requests for assistance and information on active investigations and interdiction operations through research and administrative, investigative, and data input efforts.
Manage the information relationship for 23 DEA Division Offices geographically dispersed and 5 agencies.
Analyze, interpret, interrelate, and evaluate large volumes of information from a wide range of sources to ensure the completion of criminal investigations.
End-to-end technical and functional support services for the National Forensic Laboratory
ASRC Federal provides end-to-end technical and functional support services for the DEA, including program management controls, core system component analysis, design and development, and training and support.
Perform enterprise operations and maintenance, ensuring server application performance and availability, which successfully maintains 99.9 percent system uptime.
Created an online e-commerce application that produces approximately $20 million in monthly revenue.
Manage the DEA OD customer service center, which supports more than 1.5 million DEA OD customers and 11,000 DEA personnel.
Manage assets, track and maintain all hardware and software, and develop an inventory management database to track and report hardware and software components.
Seamless Software Development Support
The ASRC Federal team utilizes processes, tools, and knowledge artifacts to support a range of software development support based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 best practices.
Plan, develop, implement and maintain software applications for DEA’s Office of Information Systems’Concorde framework, consisting of Concorde applications, legacy Oracle applications, and Microsoft Access applications.
Manage the development of applications and major enhancements using the Agile software methodology.
Support ongoing database maintenance for the SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Access, and M204 databases.
Support the development of DEA’s Intranet, DEA TODAY, DEA.gov, and SharePoint Team sites.
