Our Values

ASRC Federal is the government services subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation owned by over 14,000 Iñupiat shareholders. Our more than 8,500 dedicated employees provide a broad range of innovative services and technical expertise to support critical federal missions. As a family of Alaska Native-owned companies, our work helps secure an enduring future for ASRC shareholders.

Our corporate values are inspired by the Iñupiat culture: stewardship and the idea of using every resource effectively; teamwork when striving to achieve goals and building a collaborative environment; integrity in adhering to high moral principles and professional standards; respect in welcoming differing opinions, experiences, rights and traditions of others as we build a diverse and inclusive workplace; accountability in that we meet our commitments and take responsibility for our results; and continuous improvement, always striving to make things better, raising the bar and staying humble.

True North, the Story of ASRC

True North shares the story of ASRC’s early leaders, the people of Alaska’s North Slope – from their fight for land before statehood, to the signing of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, to the present day strategic planning process to create additional opportunities for the corporation’s expanding pool of shareholder owners. The documentary won an Emmy Award from the Northwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in June of 2018.
