Engineering Field Support
We provide 24/7/365 direct field support at FAA locations, executing complex projects to meet stringent performance standards. Our engineering and technical support personnel maintain a broad range of FAA systems consisting of more than 74,000 individual pieces of equipment across NAS operational domains – Communications, Power, Navigation, Surveillance, Automation, Weather, and Monitoring. Our personnel perform configuration management, hardware and software documentation, modifications, direct field support, systems support, installation, and acquisition support. This involves technical precision in system design and integration and the continuous mediation and documentation necessary to adapt to evolving aviation needs and technologies.
Facility Maintenance
Our team is fully prepared, capable, and experienced in supporting facility and field operations in compliance with FAA and OSHA regulations. We bring qualified personnel with hands-on experience with NAS System facilities. Our teams are well-versed in FAA Orders, ANSI/TIA-222-H structural standards, and OSHA 29 CFR 1926.503. If selected, our personnel will complete all FAA-provided training and will be fully prepared to begin execution with minimal ramp-up.
NAS Technical Experience
In addition to technical execution, our experience delivering similar services includes full-spectrum program management support. Under the FAA TnT contract, our Support Services Team (SST) manages project schedules within the NAS Documentation (NASDOC) system, oversees deliverable tracking for over 140 subtasks, and provides ongoing coordination with multiple FAA AJM offices. This disciplined management model ensures project milestones are met and deliverables are submitted in accordance with FAA procedures.
