24/7 Managed Services
Using Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based methodology, ASRC Federal supports managed services from basic service desk to full lifecycle implementation. Our managed services provide a core framework that improves the overall user experience.
Our managed services provide program support 24/7 year-round by utilizing a suite of industry leading IT Service Management (ITSM) software packages including ServiceNow, Maximo and others providing incident tracking, asset tracking/ Configuration Management Database (CMBD) service catalogs and change management.
IT Infrastructure
ASRC Federal has expertise in storage and computer virtualization, data center consolidation and cloud solutions. We’ve optimized IT infrastructures and operations for multiple civilian and defense agencies.
ASRC Federal works with industry leaders to deploy flexible, scalable on premise, co-located or cloud solutions tailored to customer requirements. Our team supports key operations including compute, storage, backup/restore, disaster recovery/business continuity and data center management.
