Unlocking Next-Level Mission Support: Leveraging AI/ML and Cloud Architecture for Big Data Solutions

Kim Davis, Vice President of Software, Applications & Analytics
Sean Messner, Senior Director, Digital Operations & IT Solutions

The Mission Operations Assistant (MOA) tool leverages the Rapidly Integrated Operational Transport Platform, utilizing its cloud-agnostic architecture to integrate seamlessly with existing systems, including on-prem solutions, as a modern big data tool. MOA is a versatile mission support tool that automates information retrieval, enhances troubleshooting capabilities, and improves the overall effectiveness of satellite operations. The RIOT Platform’s ability to rapidly expand to the cloud while maintaining compatibility is critical for enhancing the efficiency of existing space systems.

April 19th from 2:00pm - 3:00pm

Revolutionizing Remote Operations and Repairs with Augmented Reality

Matt David, Technology and Partnership Coordinator

The Augmented Reality Remote Operations and Repair Assistance (ARORA) solution enables our teams to hire and deploy resources at greater speeds, retain information and improve knowledge sharing, and reduce time to resolution for system and facility repair times. With Remote Assistance, our teams can easily share their knowledge with on-the-ground experts reducing time to resolution and travel costs. Procedure and work order generating software allow subject matter experts to document standard operating procedures and maintenance instructions in a manner that is intuitive to newly hired and less experienced teammates that need to learn these processes while also improving knowledge management and retention. Our teams of experienced software developers can integrate these solutions into existing asset management and work control solutions to bring Augmented Reality seamlessly into predefined government workflows and processes.
