Case Study Defense Health Agency
Providing Telehealth for Service Members during the Covid-19 Pandemic
The mission of the integrated Combat Support Agency is to enable the Army, Navy, and Air Force medical services to provide a medically ready force to Combatant Commands in both peacetime and wartime.
The ASRC Federal DHA Connected Health Team trains providers in face-to-face environments to incorporate mobile apps into their clinical care, moving digital healthcare forward to ensure the readiness of service members, veterans, and military families across every stage of care.

The team developed a provider resilience marketing campaign (eLearning and PDF tip sheets, social media, blogs and videos) to support a Provider Resilience web app. The team also supported the development and launch of the AntiMicrobial Stewardship progressive web app that helps guide providers in responding to potential Covid-19 incidents.
