Jacob Sapp is ASRC Federal executive vice president and chief administrative officer. As the CAO, Sapp’s responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide optimization initiatives to improve execution and financial performance, strategic pricing, program transitions, quality and continuous improvement, facilities and safety.
Sapp is a certified public accountant with over 15 years of experience in business operations. Prior to joining ASRC Federal, he was vice president of business operations for two business units at URS with revenues nearing $2B annually on domestic and international programs. There he was responsible for finance and business operations, as well as pricing and execution strategy on strategic captures.
Sapp has a bachelor’s in business administration and an MBA in project management from the University of Mary Washington.
