ASRC Federal Names William Hassler Senior Vice President of Business Development

Greenbelt, Md., Dec. 16, 2011 – ASRC Federal Holding Company has named William Hassler senior vice president of business development. Hassler is responsible for identifying and securing strategic business opportunities for ASRC Federal and its subsidiaries through standardized processes. He previously served as vice president of business development for ASRC Management Services, an ASRC Federal subsidiary.

“Bill Hassler brings extensive experience in the U.S. government sales and program delivery arena,” said Ken Asbury, ASRC Federal president and CEO. “His experience in implementing industry best practices coupled with knowledge of our companies will help drive the success of our business development and capture activities.”

Prior to joining the ASRC Federal family of companies, Hassler was director of business development at SRA International Inc., where he built an impressive business development portfolio in the homeland security marketplace. Hassler has served in positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career, including senior leadership roles in both operations and business development at Galaxy Scientific Corp. and program management roles at CSC and Unisys Corp.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University.
