The basis of our commitment to these ideals is ASRC Federal’s Standards of Ethics and Business Conduct.  This document, which is issued and administered at the executive level, clearly outlines our expectations of all employees and identifies the responsibilities and authorities for assuring compliance with this policy.  It is consistent with all of our past actions and principles in terms of high ethical standards and is the foundation for the way we will conduct our business in the future.

It is the responsibility of all employees to uphold the principles and practices that are delineated in the policy.  No one document can provide guidance for every conceivable situation that can occur in our daily business activities.  Therefore, I encourage all employees to address any questions they may have with regard to this policy or any other ethical or compliance issue to their supervisor or manager or, if preferred, to any executive within the Company.

Each one of us contributes to our company’s success.  Our company will continue to be successful in the marketplace in part because our employees are acting responsibly in all their day to day activities.

All employees are required to read the Policy and Certify that they will comply with the Company’s Standards.  After reading the policy, please print and sign the certification form located below.  Remove and forward the completed form to Human Resources.
