ASRC Federal's Ethics Hotline: When Should You Call?

The Hotline should NOT be used for:

• Employee Complaints concerning wages and hours

• Employee Grievances converning performance evaluations or merit increase

The Hotline SHOULD be used to report:

• Questionable accounting or auditing issues

• Time or expense abuses

• Conflicts of interest

• Kickbacks

• Discrimination or Harassment

• Computer security violations

• Violations of federal, state, and ASRC Federal policies

ASRC Federal's Reporting Chain

1. Notify your supervisor or higher level manager in your supervisor's chain of command.

2. If you still have concerns after your discussions, contact your Government Compliance Group, Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate Counsel, or another member of senior management.

3. If you still have concerns after your discussions, or if you are not comfortable discussing these items with your management, call the Ethics Hotline.
